3. Collection of data

You can visit our website without providing any personal information. We only save access data that does not contain any personal information, such as the name of your Internet service provider, the date and time of the request, the name of the requested file, the page from which the file was requested, the access status (file transferred, file not found, etc.), the web browser and operating system used, the full IP address of the requesting computer, and the amount of data transferred. This data is evaluated solely to improve our service and for reasons of technical security, in particular to prevent attempts to attack our web server, and does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about you personally. The legal basis for storage is Article 6(f) GDPR.

We use the data you provide without your separate consent solely to fulfill and process your request or the order you have placed with us.

5. Purpose of data processing

The data you provide is required in particular to fulfil the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Data is collected and processed in different ways and for different purposes, depending on whether it concerns customers, business partners, applicants or website visitors. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you.

 

6. Duration of data storage

We only store personal data for as long as we need it to fulfil the purposes outlined above and to fulfill our contractual or legal obligations.

Once your order has been fully processed, your data will be blocked for further use and deleted (if necessary after expiry of the tax and commercial retention periods, currently ten years), unless you have expressly consented to the further use of your data, in accordance with Art. 6 lit. a and b GDPR.

7. Transfer of data to third parties

As a general rule, we do not make your personal data available to third parties. However, in order to fulfil your order or for legal reasons, it may be necessary to pass on your data to trustworthy third parties. These may be courts or authorities or other third parties involved (including tax consultants, banks, IT service providers, contract processors who work for us).

In this case, your data will be passed on exclusively on the basis of the GDPR (based on the consent you have given, for the purpose of fulfilling a contract or fulfilling a legal obligation, etc.).

 

8. Data security

We have taken organizational and technical precautions in line with the state of the art to ensure the protection of your personal data (protection against misuse both internally and externally (e.g. through firewalls, encryption, access authorizations, etc.).

We are responsible for personal data that we receive and collect from customers and subsequently transfer to third parties. In particular, allcore remains responsible and liable under the Privacy Policy if third parties process personal data on its behalf in a manner inconsistent with the Principles, unless allcore proves that it is not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.

11. Google Analytics

This website [www.allcore.at] uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer and that enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, if IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.

Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. 12. Google reCAPTCHA

We use the Google reCaptcha service to determine whether a person or a computer is making a certain entry in our contact or newsletter form, etc. Google uses the following data to check whether you are a person or a computer: IP address of the device used, the website you visit on our site and on which the Captcha is integrated, the date and duration of the visit, the identification data of the browser and operating system type used, Google account if you are logged in to Google, mouse movements on the reCaptcha areas and tasks where you have to identify images. The legal basis for the data processing described is Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f of the General Data Protection Regulation. We have a legitimate interest in this data processing to ensure the security of our website and to protect ourselves from automated entries (attacks).

You have the right to information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipient and the purpose of data processing, as well as the right to rectification, objection, data transfer, restriction of processing and blocking or deletion of incorrect/unlawfully processed data.

You also have the right to revoke any consent you may have given to the use of your personal data at any time.
